I made these wafers last month for Eid Al-Fitr, but I preferred to post the recipe this month since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the pink color is great for that, and the cookies are so delicious.

These cookies were easy to make and tasted great. I made them for Eid Al-Fitr and they were a big hit.
