Nutella Filled Cookies
October 10th, 2009
I made Nutella Filled Cookies for Eid Al-Fitr.
Let’s make Nutella Filled Cookies:
Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
1. Process all the ingredients in a food processor until a soft dough forms, I made this by hand.
2. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3, 4. Roll teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls, place on baking trays lined with nonstick baking paper and flatten slightly.
5. Bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for 5 – 10 minutes or until the bases are lightly cooked.
6. Cool on trays.
7, 8. Sandwich the cookies with chocolate ganache , I used Nutella. They’re really delicate, so be careful when spreading the filling.
